That if you borrowed a pool towel you had to take it back to front desk when your done, other than leave it in your room.

I like that the hotel has a refrigerator in the room and that the rooms are a good size. I have stayed at the hotel approximately 4 times in less than a year. The room I checked into this time wasn't as nice as the previous ones. I prefer a top floor so I don't have people walking over my head all night- which that guest did. Mattress was in need of replacing and the faucets in the bathroom needed to be replaced. (Same issue in last room.) Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Our beds are actually new and I apologize you did not find them to your liking. You would be surprised at how many guests have actually emailed and called us after they checked out to find out the brand of mattresses so that they can purchase them for their homes. I wish that we would have been made aware of the broken faucet as Johnny, our Chief Engineer, would definitely have been able to repair this for you. I am very happy to hear that you found our team members helpful and hope that you will be back to stay with us soon.

It was very quiet. Check in was so impersonal and only transactional it was a bit upsetting for me. Other than that the house cleaners and rest of the staff were great.
