This property was not worth the money. Check in was horrible. They couldnt find the reservation. The comforter had a stain. There were bugs on the table. There was a false eyelash stuck to the carpet. Housekeeping must not have vacuumed. Wyndham Ramada should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. It was like a jail cell. You had to enter through a large security gate. A train came through around 3am. You could hear doors closing from other units. The only good thing is the lobby bar.

The hotel was showing its age. The grounds were littered in garbage. The hotel itself was surrounded by metal gates that made it feel like a prison. There was a security guard which made it feel a little safer.

Disappointing
This hotel was a dump. Very dirty. Outside and inside. Water was COLD. There was left over little hairs inside the tub from previous people. Construction workers at 6 am. This should be warned to people. Customer service sucks. The lady up front seemed like she was on drugs. Never again will I ever book here again. At least this location anyways. They need to go down on prices if this is what they are having people stay at. This is not a typical ramada .

It was dirty outside the area, my room had trash on the floor and the bathroom had toilet paper on the ground. It was a noisy room and the area was scetchy. Plus I didn’t get my reward’s because I booked 3rd party, it was cheaper to book 3rd party than calling the hotel directly.
