The stay was ok. The only issue I had is that the thermostat wouldn’t go below 70 no matter how low I set it, it still kept the room at 70. When I called the front desk to ask about this I was told none of the rooms go below 70 and there was nothing I could do about it. I do not do well sleeping in warm rooms so I got no sleep due to being uncomfortable.

I reserved a double queen room, we got there to check in and it was a very long wait with only one person working, we got up to the room and it was a king with a pull out. I came back down to let them know this was wrong they said someone changed it because they were over booked, they did not give us the right room so we had to scramble to find another hotel quickly before our concert started.
