"This was just one of several overnight stops on our way from MI to FL. We were traveling with my elderly parents so we opted for 2-bedroom suites. Clean modern unit.
Check-in went well, staff were friendly and professional.
Room had two bedrooms only 1.5 bathrooms
Nice breakfast buffet
Hand sanitizer stations at the breakfast area.
Silverware wrapped individually
Staff working the breakfast area very helpful, industrious and professional.
Poor usage of the square footage:
Only one full bathroom so we had to share a shower. The common space was plenty big enough to have allowed for a small shower in the second bathroom.
Desk should be versatile, with an additional chair for dining or desk work. Or add a small dining table.
Room kitchen was very limited, essentially a mini fridge with empty cabinets. No sink or basic kitchen supplies.
Room light switches limited. Difficult for elderly ones to cross dark unfamiliar rooms to search for a lamp switch.
No staff members wearing masks. Our concern is if any ever test positive how would guests know so they can plan accordingly. Would appreciate masks, especially staff working the breakfast buffet.
Breakfast area sign stating masks required, we realize cannot enforce this policy, but the staff not wearing them which makes it harder to encourage.
Overall good stay and would choose this location again, however suite not worth any extra cost. It would have been better getting two adjoining rooms with mini fridge"
