Great & clean place except for homeless people hanging out all night, and some dope users & pushers making noise. NO security, no sleep , unsafe. Loose dogs. I didn’t get what I reserved,

The room size was fine, but the carpet floors were not clean, damp, and had a bad smell. Also, there were not enough towels in the room, and when I asked about getting more, the front desk told me they were out due the hotel being booked to capacity. This is unacceptable to me because the hotel should have enough linens to accommodate guests. I had to go buy towels from Walmart. Also, the pool was closed, which was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so that my daughter could swim in the afternoon. This information was not disclosed during the booking process, and the hotel said nothing on their site as well. They sprung the news on us when we tried to go to the pool to swim. I would not recommend this hotel as they do not honor their own amenities that they claim to provide, and they did not reduce the price of the rooms either, which is bad business!
