We arrived at 2:52 pm. Check in was at 3 pm. The lady at check in was very rude and told us that we were early and the room would not be ready until 4 pm. We had plans at 4 pm and had drove for 2 hours from another hotel. We did check in after I got upset with her. They had a sign on the wall stating check in was at 3 pm. When my husband pointed it out, she stated that you couldn't check in before 3 but could anytime after. They advertised a buffet breakfast but only had a continental breakfast. The area and hotel looked rough. I will not book there again.

The bathroom in the room was nasty looked like it had not been swept or mopped between visitors. There was stains on the pillowcases and the comforter on the bed.

The rooms were HORRIBLE! There were bugs in them, the tub wouldn't drain, it was just an overall nasty hotel
