We are so sorry to hear that your stay with us was less thank perfect. We are a quaint, affordable family-owned Inn and pride ourselves in our cleanliness and our friendly staff. We are not running breakfast during the winter months due to low occupancy and we try to inform our guests of that prior to their arrival, and discount our rates because of that. Regarding the heat/AC unit, we apologize for your lack of sleep; we know how frustrating that can be. If you can contact us directly, we would like to know which room you stayed in so that we can service the unit in that room before checking another guest into it.
