2nd time staying with Cambria, overall an okay stay. There is a texting communication and I asked for room service for our last two days and only got a response to leave towels outside… got no room service. Around 7or 8am daily, I believe it to be there housekeeping we’re going in and out a nearby door. The door kept slamming shut every 5 seconds, it was beyond irritating. Every. Day. Can you guys keep it propped open?!? Be aware of the guests you’re disturbing. The staff was nice.

We went to Cambria after realizing that the first hotel (Wyndham Gardens) was a horrible place. Cambria was absolutely wonderful! Very clean room and hotel! Friendly workers! Easy check in and check out! We definitely will be coming back in the future!

Beautiful property. Friendly staff. Comfortable outdoor patio area and lobby. Rental bicycles were an unexpected and fun amenity. Check-in/check-out was awkward, with slow computer systems and credit card transactions timing out and requiring multiple authorizations of the guest. I have five separate pending authorizations across two credit cards, equal to about three times the invoice for my stay. The hotel will need to explain this. No housekeeping staff throughout the labor day weekend. Would have been helpful because we were at the beach every day. We regret that we tracked a lot of sand into our room.

This hotel was so clean. You walk in and smell clean. It was phenomenal. The room was beautiful and the staff was exceptional; customer service was off the charts! Beverly at the front desk was super kind and accomodating. I love that they've implemented a text to ask if you have any needs due to staff shortages which are expected because of covid. The only thing needed is a microwave in the rooms and more wash cloths available. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect score. I'd definitely staff here again and recommend anyone else to.
