Cozy Convenient Curtsied
Lovely Courtside Villa 1646, decorated and comfortable with beach decor, hint of French Country. Good AC, lighting, water pressure, convenient location to Bohicket Marina shops, restaurants, boating; to Freshfields Market/shops;restaurants; and to Seabrook Island Amenities: Equestrian, Pools, cafe and restaurants, beach. Villa equipped with comfortable seating, lots of good books, puzzles, and games for rainy days or days too hot to venture out.

Beach tranquility
Our family loved this property. It was perfect for 2 adults, 1 child, and 2 dogs. It had really cool bike trails, horses, recreational areas, a pool right next to the condo, and was 2 miles from Beachwalker park on the beach. Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be back if they will have us :-)

Great that the island was in a slow time as we were unable to lock the room
Master bedroom unmade beds 3 towels, hand towels, & washcloths, no towels/sponges paper towels in kitchen. Toaster there but didn't work, door knob in twin bedroom fell off. pool closed. honest guests no response from VACASA when notified we couldn't lock the front door. excuses typed in welcome letter about short staffing and being patient.

Tons of Dust
I want to love this property and tried very hard to overlook a lot. The cleaning crew had so many misses that we had to go buy our own cleaning supplies to disinfect. There were no wash clothes or hand towels, dust was caked under furniture, there were enormous fur and dust balls everywhere and it was very clear a spot check was not done prior to us checking in. We had to vacuum, dust, and clean the bathrooms ourselves upon arrival, and a very minimal supply of bath towels, most of which were stained. I hope the owners take a look at who they hire to clean and reconsider. It’s a great property and location but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

Great Beach-Themed Condo
The check-in process was extremely easy. Upon entering, you will definitely notice the beach/island themed furniture and decorations. I found it to be extremely clean all throughout, with the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms all spotless. My only disappointment was with a call placed to the property management regarding whether guests could use the downstairs stairs storage closet. I never received any reply after speaking with someone. However, that is on Vacasa, not the property owner or the condo itself. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Good for what we needed!
We stayed at Seabrook for just a few days to tour the island. We love the island! It's absolutely beautiful and we love all the amenities available. This villa was exactly what we needed for a few days. It's very close to a pool and the Lake House. The villa was clean but the kitchen and bathrooms are very outdated. On the positive side the showers were super clean. Vacasa was very good at keeping in touch and being available if we needed anything.

Convenient for what we needed
We needed extra room for a family vacation in Kiawah. This place was convenient and nice. Things to fix: bugs, we saw several small roaches and ants during the stay. - fan in hall bathroom did not work not did the second light switch. We were pretty much only there late evening until early morning so did not use the amenities, but they looked nice. Overall enjoyed the stay and it met our needs
