Our initial room reeked of cigarette smoke. I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk about it. I was hoping to just get an air purifier to help with the smell, but he gave us a new room. We were traveling with a dog and a toddler. Also, we had already unpacked the majority of our stuff in the first room. While we were in the lobby getting a drink, the man from the front desk asks if we’ve changed rooms yet. I asked if we needed to do it right then. He said yes. So, we go up to collect our stuff and discover the dog has been let out of the bedroom even though we had the pet sign on the door. Apparently, he went to our room and let himself in and opened the door to the bedrooms, letting our dog out. It was just a huge hassle. Also, I paid an additional $10 per night for Wi-Fi. The front desk knew nothing about this. They just said they have complimentary Wi-Fi. It was nonexistent and useless. $50 wasted. The only highlight of our stay was the bartender at the free drink bar.

This ŵas the second time staying with you guy's in 4 month and each time it was so nosie that I couldn't get any sleep. And this is not what I expected from Èmbassy Suite. And on this stay the fire alarm went off around 1230 am and there was no explanation provided. I would like to speak with the manager of the property about my stay

When I checked in and realized that I was next to the elevator I requested a move but was moved. Did not sleep at all due to the elevator noise. Room service can after 4pm. I did not receive fresh towels until I requested them.

We reserved and paid for this room over a month ago and was told upon checkin, we could not get the king bed we reserved.(off to a bad start) Tried to get internet. Couldn't. They also had the wrong internet login on the incoming paper work. Tried calling front desk, but could not. Door could not get dead bolt to close properly TRied to reset the clock which was hrs off but couldn't figure it out. Wanted to go swimming but pool looked cloudy and yukky. I guess that is all Wife tried taking shower in morning and could not get hot water.

First room they gave us had a stagnant odor and the refrigerator could not shut due to all the ice accumulated inside. Second room had same odor, frayed carpet and was very noisy being close to the elevators. We left 2 early because of the poor conditions.
