Upon check in, we were asked to wait as our room wasnt ready. When we did get a room, we were put in an OCCUPIED room, moved to a single bed room and finally after a 3rd try was checked into a double bed room that i had originally booked. We were given a free breakfast voucher for the trouble caused, half of the menu was excluded or unavailable to order and then they tried to charge us for it upon check out. The mini fridge in the room did not work properly and our food spoiled overnight, also the AC unit was exceptionally noisy. The pool was dirty and not heated as advertised. Having stayed at Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga, this was not the experience i was expecting. On the upside, the staff was friendly and apologetic for the trouble and the bathroom was clean.

We just picked this place because it wasn’t far from downtown Charleston and we couldn't afford the prices there. What a wonderful hotel! It’s clean and beautifully decorated and the room was comfortable, really attractive and had everything we needed. Tired from walking all over Charleston, we stopped at the bar for Happy Hour and ended up staying for dinner too, as the food & drinks were excellent as was breakfast the next morning. But the best part were the wonderful people! Alex in the bar, Nate in the restaurant, Dave at check in, and the incredible ladies in the restaurant. Thanks for a brief but excellent stay!
