We are sorry that you were inconvenienced by our parking. The beaches are so popular, it can be challenging. We do want to let the public know that we have partnered with the City of Isle of Palms to offer additional parking at no extra charge. As for the discrepancies you found in your room, we would like to sincerely apologize. The inspection process was not followed to our standards and we will use this feedback for improvement.
