Waterfront Paradise- 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga

This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! River Gorge Excursions offers 2 hour pontoon boat private cruises through the beautiful river gorge, this is a guest favorite. They are located 5 minutes down the street. There is also a Kayak/Paddleboard rental company next door, River Canyon Adventures (seasonal May-Labor Day)! Our Guests receive a discount there as well. We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays!

The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable and wifi. There is also a community grill that is available for use!

If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun!

Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there.

Short getaway
The place was awesome. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place. We did have to leave a day earlier than planned because severe weather knocked the power out. Just an act of nature.

The place has everything we need for our stay. It was fresh and clean. The view to the river espectacular and relaxing. Great communication with the host. I strongly recommend this place for a peaceful relaxing getaway.

Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water. Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy. Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!
