This is a horrible place. Everything in the area was booked, so we stayed here. I don't know how it has managed to get two stars. We slept in our clothes and did not use the shower because it was so filthy and moldy. On check-in the rude attendant told us they gave away our reserved room and there was nothing left. We told her to give us someone else's room because we paid in advance. Don't know if that is what she did or she was just being awful to begin with and the room was there as reserved. Would NEVER stay here again.

Water intrusion over the AC unit during a rainstorm; bathroom floor, tub, and shower curtain were dirty; non-functioning toilet (called front, staffer temporarily fixed, but I fixed it myself three subsequent times;) for four days, whenever the occupants spent time away from their room, had to put up with two barking and whimpering dogs from across the hallway ; "Do Not Disturb" sign was twice stolen from my door; dirty trash can; on three occasions, door key card did not work; staffer knocked on my door even though "Do Not Disturb" sign was present; floor area fronting the elevators was dirty.

We arrived late on a Friday evening. Had a quick and courteous check-in. Room was okay except that there was a plumbing problem with the toilet (would fill high and take forever to completely flush, but did not overflow). Called about plumbing and was told someone would see to it. They did fix it the next day. Other than the plumbing, the room and staff were good. Breakfast selection was limited. Pool was nice. Note, this is an older hotel and does show some wear and tear! But, overall was a good stay.

Baymont Hotel

The Hotel was ok, for the price it could have been better though. The room was really clean and the confort of the beds were nice. The pool looks great in the pictures but in reality it's just a pool nothing special. The lady at the front was a bit rude and hard to understand. Overall the stay was OK I would rate it a 4.5, although I wouldn't stay here again the price is too high for what they offer.

Just ok

Put us in dirty room but then moved us to much better room. Hotel is old and tired. Rooms are updated but pool area needs help. We noticed the doors marked as keyed entry did not lock. Overall hotel needs tlc. Desk help was nice.

Not happy at all!!

Before I rented the room I checked to see if it had an indoor pool... the website said they did.. on the way to Cincinnati I called to confirm the check in time and asked if the pool was opened. The guy said yes and then hung up on me. When we got to the hotel I paid for the room and asked where the pool was. They told me it was closed. I asked for my money back and was told it could be up to 5 days. My children were very upset and so was i.

A Little Out There

Location: There is a Cracker Barrel across the street, a Subway restaurant and easy access to the interstate!
There was nothing to do here without driving into Cincinnati. However, it wasn't bad. It wasn't great though. I say I would recommend it because it really did what we needed the room to do. It slept us for a couple of nights and it wasn't bad. We did leave a night shirt behind, and they held it for us for two weeks until we would be in the area again and could retreive it. The person working the desk that day was incredibly unpleasant.

The hotel was ok. Nothing exciting, BUT nothing bad to say. Wasnt as bad as other reviews say. Staff was nice. Good place to sleep.

This hotel was old and dirty.

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Poor breakfast, old and dirty
The people at the desk had no idea what they were doing. The hotel is very old and the bathrooms had mold on the floor. The beds are not comfortable and we had to ask every day for them to make up the room and bring clean towels.
