Thank you for posting a review. I am sorry that there was an issue with payment. You had 2 reservations made through 2 different 3rd party companies. One of the reservations was made pre-paid and the other was made where you pay at the hotel, which is why we authorized your credit card. Once you arrived we worked with you to correct the issue and refund your money.
