I arrived about 10:20 pm. The desk clerk had a plate of food, looked like steak and flour tortilla. A Is fanny pack belt on with her stomach hanging out. Not a professor looked at all. Some one was stuck in the elevator and bottle water to purchase, no wash cloth available. Clerk told me to go to the gym to get water. There was unsupervised kids in the gym playing with the equipment all under the age of 12 years old ( unsafe) . MUSIC playing passed Midnight. I was in town for a funeral and I had already missed my first flight to Cincinnati. I had been at the airport since 9:30 am. I was tired. I tried calling front desk about music but,no one answer. I just Prayed to God just let me fall asleep.

Convenient and easy to access hotel
The hotel was easy to get too, and everything in it didn't look too bad either. The room was perfectly suitable for our needs and everything was there you'd need. Wifi also worked real good too, an overall clean and affordable place for travelers visiting Cincinnati itself.

There was a couple different things wrong with our room which we informed the front desk who told us that we had to get ahold of you guys about it because we had a few problems like i said the first thing was WE FOUND A BED BUG CRAWLING OFF THE FLOOR ON ONE OF OUR BABIES!! Which we wanted to talk to management about that because I WAS/ WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HAD A DISCOUNT WHICH I TOOK PICTURES OF IT AND TOOK IT TO THE FRONT DESK WHERE THE MANAGER WASN'T IN AND WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL THAT MORNING! BUT OF COURSE NO CALL FROM NO ONE!!! THE BATH TUB WAS SUPER DIRTY AND MY husband went to hang his suit up after his grandmother's funeral and the darn hanger was broke but you couldn't tell unless you looked at it. It was the perfect kind of room for our family but God only knows how much stress and worry the ruin gave us which we're still watching for bed bugs and so on. Because the first day we killed a darn nasty cockroach and then the second day we found a bed bug stress stress not to mention we were there for a close family members funeral and the dang Refrigerator screamed growled both nights and help keep us up
