We had a window sill full of ants. Black mold on the ceiling in sleeping area and all over the bathroom ceiling. We were charged for two pets BUT we HAD ZERO pets. Breakfast eggs and sausage was horrible. MYO waffles were good and the pool was clean and perfect for kids. Would not book here again. Still havent been refunded the over charge and I brought it to the managers attention twice. cant post my video proof of ants and mold

The pool was closed, but we had booked through Travelocity. The property said that we had to cancel through Travelocity. I spent one hour trying to resolve with Travelocity, who told me that the front desk wouldn't answer their call. Giving zero stars to both Travelocity and Comfort Suites.

Could have been a hidden gem. COULD HAVE!
3 nights, overall no real issues, curtains needed some help. The pull handle to open both sides, one was on the window ledge, needed to be fixed. The scrim on window (supposed to be motorized) didn't raise or lower at all. The last night, there was a dog in the room next door. Braking incessantly. Free Breakfast was fine. Fridge in room worked well. TV, needed some help.

The inside lobby was clean , smelled clean , rooms could use updating- most Outlets didnt work, wallpaper peeling in the room - Breakfast was good - eggs - sausage, oatmeal, mini bagels toast, danish, juice milk , cereal, hot chocolate, cappuccino, waffles reg/strawberry. - pool - looked nice Staff was nice .

Check in was easy, room was decent. Lighting sucked. Came back at midnight after the concert and couldn't even get into the hotel. 5am rolls around and someone walks into our room!? And isn't even quiet on the way out. Door slams. I was too tired to even move or investigate. Shortly after, someone is knocking. I'm too tired to even get up. 7am rolls around and the room phone rings like 5 different times and everytime I answer nobody is there. By like 745 I'm fed up and I call the front desk and it's because they apparently misplaced the copy of my ID. Breakfast was terrible. At checkout she apologized and had found my ID and said the previous guy gave someone the wrong keys and that's why someone walked in at 5am. .. ok? I'm not a hotel snob. Which is why I didn't care that it was a 2 star. LOL it was comfort suites. I literally used to work for comfort inn. But shew.
