I REALLY resent paying a security deposit that is not mentioned on the website. I will no longer use travelocity or like websites but go to the website of the hotel/motel to ask about deposits before I book. I understand that not all guests are careful and neat but I AM!!!!

Roach motel. Dead and live roaches in the room. Sheets were filthy and had what can only be described as pubic hair all over them. Lobby was closed when I went to ask for a new room and the employee was sleeping. My mother in law, my self and my 2 kids slept fully clothed on top on the blankets. Had we not been driving all day and had the weather not been terrible, we would have left and went somewhere else.

Stuck 5 days due to weather. Staff was friendly, allowed our puppy and cat. Almost last day sheets slipped and when fixing noticed a gross stain on mattress cover that had not been washed. Floor was fairly dirty at check in as well. However they allowed a very late (3pm) checkout so we weren’t sitting out in the cold waiting to check in for our 6:30pm flight without an extra charge. Very thankful even if it was a little dirty.

The property has bed bugs and the rooms are very dirty. Linens and windows have all fallen apart. This shouldn't be allowed to exist.
