The floors were filthy. The shower was not clean. The bed felt like it would break when we sat down. The noise level was horrible!

The beds were not very comfortable, on the hard side. Very accepting of our dog was a big plus.

It was old, mattress was old, saggy and creaky. Floor was gritty, curtains were not hung properly and could see in from the outside. When I checked in, I was told I had a smoking room, which I did not request because I am allergic to cigarette smoke, so my room was changed to non smoking but up a flight of stairs which I specifically asked about getting a ground floor unit because I am elderly and have difficulty with stairs especially with luggage. So I hurt myself just getting in my room and which made the rest of my trip, and even now that i am home, very painful!
