Smelled marijuana coming from room next door. I also was told if I let front desk know by 10 am I could check a day early. I did at 9 am. Was told I wasn’t getting a refund. To contact the travel agency I booked through. I did this on 11/15/22. Still haven’t received an email about reimbursement for 2nd night. My case number is S#132993632. I would like my account credited for $71.84. It’s been well over 72 hours and I haven’t received an email or had a credit to my account. Thank you Dolores Sert 217-710-8248

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Clerk tried to scam me and have me pay again for a room already booked and paid for! Then cussed at me but he sure ran like a little girl when I approached him.

There was cigarette burns all over the bed. The sink, the toilet etc. The room stunk very bad, and the people there just don’t care. It was an absolute waste of time and money. I will definitely be staying somewhere different next time

There was an interior door in our room with a huge crack underneath. I didnt try to open it but it definitely seemed like a single wall/thin door. You could hear everything in the next room like they were in the same room. It even woke me up in the middle of the night because the guy was coughing/snoring. It sounded like he was in my room. Everything else was as expected for the price. Clean and decent but that door between rooms is not acceptable.
