Sulla Sabbia (4BR/3BA; Sleeps 12; 1K, 1Q, 2S, 2 Single over Double Bunk Beds) is a beautiful oceanfront home located immediately adjacent to access 1a and just a short walk or bike ride from the local grocery store, restaurants, and shops.

Views of the ocean are on full display immediately upon entering this beautifully renovated Edisto Beach cottage. Every space has been tastefully updated, though still exuding the quintessential Edisto charm.

The living space is an open concept, with an entire wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There is room for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking ocean views with several sitting areas throughout the sunroom, living room, and dining area. Additionally, two separate oceanfront balconies make for the perfect opportunity to soak in beautiful sunrises, frolicking dolphins, and pelicans flying in formation.

The kitchen is not to be overlooked, featuring marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances and everything needed to prepare a Lowcountry feast.

There are so many different areas to enjoy the outdoors at this wonderful beach home. The large front porch is the perfect shady spot to kick back and people watch above Palmetto Blvd. The outdoor space beneath the home is paved and large, with plenty of room for grilling and activities.
