Had room to park boat and truck. Place was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs and bacon.

Room stunk so bad of cigarettes. It was filthy. I ask to be moved to another room and they did so. The next room was also filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. When the fridge was opened water came pouring out of it. We used a towel to clean it up and the towel turned black. The floor was so dirty. There was bags of garbage sitting in the filthy hallway that no one came to pick up. Would not recommend.

Booked what appeared to be a “newly renovated” property on our way home from Disney. The few Country Inn and Suites experiences I have had so far were good. This property was more on the caliber of a Super 8/Motel 6. We checked in, went to our room and promptly checked out. The room was filthy. Beds were made and everything in its place, but there was old gum on the floor, piles of white powder at every corner of the bed (bed bug repellent?), the carpet had multiple dark stains. Definitely not even okay to walk around with socks on let alone barefoot. The bathroom had pee all over the floor and toilet seat. Definitely do not stay here.

The accommodations are very nice and the staff was wonderful. They allow dogs which is amazing. The room could be a little cleaner.
