The comforter had a hole in it, the room was not that clean and the the worst was the toilet bowl was barely functioning. After 12 hrs of driving it was a mistake to wait till the morning to report it, we were just to tired.

Checkin person said there was only 1 room on the reservation however there were 2 rooms on the reservation which were paid in full. She was not helpful, not nice, argumentative and repeatedly denied having the reserved room available. It was midnight and travelers were tired and would have appreciated some kindness and someone who could look closer at the reservation and find both rooms. If the rooms were not linked in your system then that is something that should be addressed with administrators of the company.

The lobby smelled terribly of cigarette smoke.. not a good first impression. When we got to our room there was a plunger sitting outside the door. The room itself was fine, with comfortable beds, but the floor was filthy. In the evening there was a group of men outside in the parking lot drinking and hanging out. I needed to get something out of my car but didn’t feel safe doing so. Breakfast was disappointing.

Front desk was excellent. We moved in to two rooms, one was missing pillow cases etc. we had to move to two other rooms (for another reason). Again, no pillow cases. One bed had no sheets. Do you not have enough bedding for the hotel?
