I’ve stayed at this property for years when visiting family in Greenville. This is the first terrible experience I’ve had starting with check in. I spoke with reception regarding my card being charged prior to checking in with a card they had on file and was assured the correct card would be charged, but in the mean time I would have to wait for hold to be removed. Before leaving I spoke with another gentleman at reception that the correct card still had yet to be charged. They assured me the charge would show up in a few days. Two days later the charges had gone through on the incorrect card and nowhere to be found on the correct card. Needless to say it was a great start to a birthday weekend. After speaking with customer service, I’ve now been charged on two separate cards with no refund in sight. Regardless of the credit debacle I wouldn’t stay at the property again. The property has become dated, vents were not clean and we also dealt with poor waitstaff.
