I have physical issues and my friend has a walker, and when we asked for a downstairs room the reception clerk was rude and said for the price we had to go upstairs. The room was good and clean, but.......

Ac worked great, good parking, water was hot. No exhaust fan in bathroom, bathroom light switch was broken, bed was lower at head end than foot end, and had a larger than average rut. Staff was nice.

This property was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They were extremely unprofessional, and inappropriate. The hotel was dirty and the staff tried to barge through our door to kick us out after we over slept the checkout time and requested to extend our stay. They said NO we didn't pay and then called the police on us! They also charged our card for an additional 74 dollars and then two separate $5 charges. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional a. I put in a complaint to the corporate number where the person on the phone said she was calling the hotel to verify and then disconnected my call. I would highly suggest Travelocity look into this property and I have to say it makes me scared to book through here again

It was conveniently located near downtown Greenville and the Interstate system. The staff was awesome and attentive and that always makes the stay better. Breakfast was ample and ok, the rooms were excellent and clean and the shower pressure was incredible! Overall a great stay. Only minor flaw was the trash pickup was at 0730 which was no big deal for us as we were up and going but I imagine for some other guests it might have been unpleasant as it seemed to go on for a good 15 minutes.

Very friendly service at front desk.Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom vent not working or maybe there wasn't one. Close to eateries and close to our venue. Decided to go to breakfast 1/2 hr before it closed. The gentleman in charge was a little rude and announced out loud that he was getting ready to pull everything so get whatever else we wanted. He wasn't kidding. We tried to sit and visit with coffee but the lady was cleaning tables and putting chairs up. Felt rushed and we got the message.

Distance from the room to the breakfast was long. Not an issue for me, personally, but would have been for my wife or Mom if they’d traveled w/ me. Breakfast bar was good, & plentiful.
