The front desk guy was working by himself and he needed help up front. He had to open the front door for my friend and I while he was working with another customer. He had to keep picking up the phone while working with the same customer. Then the card reader wasn’t working. He was nice but he needed help. Then I get to my room and it smells like mold. There is mold on the shower head. There are stains on the sheets. I would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay I’ve had my fist room (king suite) the toilet was clogged moved me to another floor and a room I didn’t request standard double beds and that room had a large red stain on the floor and roaches in the bathroom !!

The first night was horrible I was on the first floor now they lock the lobby doors and guest are forced to use side doors with their key card the slamming of the doors guest banging on lobby door was so annoying not to mention the noise from the heater/ AC unit so I asked for another room which it was given I lost money in the vending machine on the floor which I was told the wrong information on the owner cause whoever owns the machine on the first obviously don't own the one on the 5th floor
