The free breakfast Buffet was a joke, awful, the staff rude limited English. No elevator, stairs only. Buttons on ac missing, no ability to take a bath, no stopper. Staff argues I needed to request handicap room. Not according to Travelocity website. Absolutely atrocious never again. Beware of this place.

All the days we been here we didn't get room service and told one of the ladies that does the room service that we haven't had our room clean and our beds sheets change since we got here and i would like to get our room clean and our beds change and done please. We get to the room last night and i was so upset to see the room the same way the beds were not done and the room was not clean.

3 of the staff members there were fantastic and nice but there was one very rude gentleman manager. Every time there was an issue at the desk, in this case charging snacks to the room on two occasions it resulted in confusion and argument over absolutely nothing. If you stay here just be safe and also avoid getting yelled at by staying away from the front desk in the evenings. These people just don’t know how a hotel is supposed to feel or function. They also tied up my bag of trash, took it out of the can and then just left it on my work desk as a nice surprise for getting back from a long day.
