Staff was great! Upon entry to the lobby and going to my room, I thought the hotel was warm and stuffy and was worried my room would feel the same, but thankfully, it did not. Very clean!

The room was nice but the bed was HARD AS A ROCK! Not comfy at all!! The other Hampton Inn’s that we have stayed at have had a comfy bed. This one did NOT! That was disappointing. There was a sewage type smell in front lobby when we checked in. Not sure what that was about.

Travelocity did not give correct description!

The hotel was great, but the description on the Travelocity website was very INNACURRATE! I put in the ages of each of my children, teenagers, plus two adults and the room they showed me claimed to sleep 5. Upon arrival to the room, it only had two queen beds and a chair! In the pictures it showed a sofa, I assumed it would be in the room and possibly be a pull out bed. Not so, in what world can three teenage boys fit in a queen bed together comfortably? Also, there is a NO cancellation or change policy so there was nothing that could be done! VERY dissatisfied with Travelocity! I would recommend hotel to a friend but NOT Travelocity!
