The staff was exceptionally pleasant! Everyone that we came into contact with (desk clerk, breakfast server, housekeeping) were always helpful and courteous. We were so grateful for that when we asked to change to another room because there was a crying baby next door. They happily and quickly gave us another! They even served a delicious hot breakfast.
