This particular hotel has been undergoing upgrades and renovations. We had a nice clean room with some new furnishings. They are still making changes, so it will be even nicer in the future. The staff are lovely and care about the property, their guests, and seem to take pride in what they do. If we are back in Knoxville, we will stay here again.
