The king size room has a separate patio space directly off it and the backyard living space includes an outdoor dining area, propane grill and playset. This space comes with a desk in the master bedroom, laundry is included and the dining room table can seat 8. Located in a private north Knoxville setting. The Space:
4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one walk in shower, one tub), 1 backyard living space, parking space for 5 cars with overflow parking. 1 kitchen fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Dining room seats 8.
Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions the day before the day of check- in. The door lock is based on an app called August, you'll either need to download the August Home (smart lock) App onto your smartphone or use the door code we provide, it is your preference. Door access will be operable at your check in time and stop operating at check out. Please let us know right away if you are wanting to check-in early or checking out late so we can coordinate with our cleaner to accommodate your request if possible.
The Neighborhood:
Quite but close to I-75's Callahan Road exit (exit number 110). There is a train that passes over a road 0.3 miles from this property, it's not super loud, but it is noticeable.
Getting Around:
This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for our outdoor activities including hiking, water related recreating, has some awesome bikes parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

Food delivery services includes, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bitesquad, and Uber Eats Lyft and Uber service this location.
The maximum sleeping capacity is 10. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $35 per person per night. There is some room for blow up mattresses - extra guests above the maximum will be charged $35 per person per night.
Standard check-in time is at 3:30 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
Standard check-out time is at 10 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late check out policy: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 10 AM Eastern; 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM Eastern. This is because our cleaners will charge us a premium for not being able to clean in the already tight turnover window.
