Ms. Clark,As discussed with you, after you checked out and notified us of your concerns, we had our professional pest company come out and perform an inspection. Their report showed no evidence of previous or current pest activity. Additionally, our in-house team performs inspections at departure and they too, reported no pest activity. I understand your request for a refund, but as we discussed, there was no negligence on our part and therefore, we will not be issuing any refund.
