Although the clerk was very nice. The facility is a pig sty. I walked into the room, looked at the bed, bathroom and the place was decrepit. I did not stay at the hotel and am going to contest the fee charged to my credit card.

The place was dirty and the tv was broke asked what replacement never got that. Staff was rude. Definitely not worth 70.00

Room was room 101, ground floor within three feet of parking lot with door opening onto parking. Window curtains did not pull far enough to block window completely. Then there is this mirror on the lockout door to the next room. Laying in bed looking in mirror you could see out into the parking lot - and the Mom and Dad and 2 tween girls walking by could see my but as I was getting into bed. I put ironing board up against the curtain to push it against window to close off the view. In addition room had been painted - pain splatter on doors, tile, bath surround and carpet. Discolored grout and silicone seals made room look dirty and poor quality. A decent contractor could have made the room look much better. All and all a poor experience for me and a terrible experience for that Mom and Dad.

The smoking room was horrible. Broken lamp shades. Burnt blankets , room seemed like it was not dusted for a month.

First room, not able to unlock the door, second room unable to secure dead bolt lock, person at desk said that both issues would be looked into and corrected.

Upon checking out, my wife remained in the vehicle in front of a room a guset stayed in that night. She saw the cleaning crew come in the room and proceeded to make up the bed. They did not remove the old sheets, they made the bed using the sheets the guest used that night. I just saw a report on television about major chains not changing sheets. Now I have seen it with my own eyes.
