Tennessee River Cabin - Unplug & Relax while Boating, Hunting, and Fishing

Welcome to our Lake House! We have made some wonderful memories here! We don't use it as much as we use to so we wanted to let other people enjoy it. This is the perfect getaway for city people who need some peace & quiet, as well as hunters, fisherman, water enthusiasts (no watercraft included but you can bring your own), and outdoor people of all kinds. It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina, which offers a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation or adventure begin!

The space
The cabin is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath with plenty of space for socializing inside and out (large screened in porch). It boasts 1 King Size bed in one bedroom and then 2 Queens in the other bedroom. Also, there are a couple of couches one of which is a sectional. Tons of parking available! It has wifi, a large flat smart TV and a DVD player. We want our guests to enjoy themselves to fullest.... while being respectful of our home and themselves! Furry friends are welcome as well as long as they are cleaned up after accordingly when they potty, shed, etc. Woof!

Depending on check in time, we will either leave a key for you or arrange to meet you there and show you around.

Other things to note
There are a couple of fireplaces there but they haven't been used in years and we'd prefer to keep it that way for safety reasons.

Great cabin to crash at!
I didn’t spend a ton of time at the cabin because I was at a writers conference. The Internet was out which wasn’t the owners fault, so the four stars is not out of spite, but honesty. It did affect my mornings. The screened side porch was my fave! The cabin was neat and clean and exactly what I needed to crash at. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and never rude. Really enjoyed my stay!

If you are looking for a rustic atmosphere this is the place! We had plenty of space for all of us. The screened in porch was an excellent place to place cards. Had an excellent time with sisters.

4th of July Weekend
We stayed in this property the last two Fourth of July weekends and made great memories with friends and family. The location is great. There is a lot of space for indoor and outdoor entertainment. We love it here. You will too!

Not worth it!!!
Don’t waste your money on this rental. Pictures are deceiving. Very dirty! We had to clean for 2 hours after we got there before we put any of our stuff away. The outside was very unkempt. This place needs a lot of maintenance and care.

Great for fishing rendezvous with friends from all over - close to marina and c-stores. Will use again. Cooking provisions (pots & pans) could be better; all other kitchen needs were okay.

Was very responsive to messages.
We stayed for a Christmas getaway with our teens. Place was clean and in a nice quiet location with plenty of space for a family with all the amenities of being at home. The renter was very quick to respond to a message when we needed some assistance. We will have to return in the warm months so we can explore the outside adventures the area has to offer.
