All was excellent except for the AC unit could not be turned down. I like it cold at night. It was adequate though.

The room was dusty and dirty. Bathroom floor dirty, sink and fixtures not cleaned. I requested daily service and was assured it would happen, by the manager. BUT, IT DID NOT HAPPEN!! FLOOR never vacuum, bathroom never cleaned, they just provided new towels and made the bed. The housekeeping in this Best Western Plus, is the worst I have ever encountered. I even spoke directly to the person That would be cleaning our room and told her about the dirt and dust.

Standard clean room- thanks.The maid did not refill the coffee packs and was two towels short on the third day of staying
