Breakfast was good. Check out was a night mare. Made another reservation for a stay on Jan 17. 2020, only to find out upon check out no reservation could be found and the price doubled from what I was quoted on January 4th. Issues getting printout of stays for 4 days .... 2 days were through Travelocity and the 2 extra days were direct with Best Western in person....I could go on and on but to be short and to the point VERY UNHAPPY with checkout.

Not very clean tub was dirty boys asked should I wear my sandals? Yes. Also over priced make sure you bring your own pillows and clean restroom.

Very convenient close to freeway restaurants

Only that we didn't care for was head house keeper unlocked our door after she knocked and we didn't get to the door ontime.and that was to see if the room was clean .funny thing she was there when we checked in so she was aware the room was clean.

Pros: Location
Cons: Hot showers. Fresh breakfast. Provide plenty of towels.
Location: Near mall, banks, restaurants, freeway and shopping. Anything we needed was accessible.
Hotel was in a great location. We had a poor experience with the breakfast not being fresh and our showers were warm and could not get it hot on either morning of our stay. The room was clean and adequate for our needs, however for the price there should be more amenities and comfort.
