Tucked on the banks just above the Willamette River this epic retreat has everything anything a small group or family could want.

As you enter to the elevated foyer, you are greeted by the bright and natural light that permeates through the entire home. This level enjoys a wonderful blend of light and space and offers a spot to retreat from it all and get a bit of work done in the adjoining office and the deck beyond.

Descending to the main level you will find a blend of décor and furnishing that was curated to provide that perfect blend of northwest style and comfort throughout. The oversized windows bathe every bit of this space in both light, sights, as well as the river beyond regardless of the time of year. Without a doubt, the expansive deck, and open living, dining, and kitchen layout is the epitome of northwest living.

This Riverside Escape is truly a gem to be experienced. Be one of the few to enjoy this incredible location and experience all that Portland and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Awesome location amazing view
This place has amazing views and is close to everything in Lake Oswego. Very modern and open floorpan with lots of light coming win. I trip was very accommodating and responsive. Overall a great experience.

Portland convenience
Perfect layout for two couples. My husband and I were on the the main floor and my son and his girlfriend were on the lower floor. Layout allows for together time and separate time. Location is convenient for Lake Oswego and downtown Portland. Biggest difficulty is getting in and out of the driveway onto highway 43. Backing in worked best for us. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

Great location, wonderful space!
We spent 6 days/5 nights in this spacious, fully equipped, VRBO. Wonderful views of the Willamette River. Would recommend to anyone who wants a home base while visiting Portland.

Stink
Property was nice with beautiful views. But this rental is managed and maybe owned by a large firm in the area. We were notified the day of arrival that the garbage disposal was not working. They said they would send someone out to repair, they never did! They figured we could just use the other side of the sink. Which in fact could, but the sink stunk bad enough that we ate out every meal and never used the kitchen except to make coffee. Also, when we booked, we asked one question, is there secure parking? Management replied yes but you needed to enter home to open garage door. Perfect no problem. Again, management never repaired the broken garage door it would only open about 1 foot and then stop. Managements solution pull cord go in and out, pull out car go back in once again to reattach cord to secure door. Rinse and repeat every time you came or left. I would give this property a better rating but lack of help from management was pathetic. My wife and I are in the rental business. Repairs are always needed we get it. But difference from a good rental and a great one is how those repairs are addressed.

Beautiful, modern property overlooking river. There was a handyman who interrupted our time (after 4 pm check in) to fix a couple of things which was disappointing. Property on busy street/highway. Difficult to get in/out of driveway. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, great stay and will stay again in the future.
