ALLOWED FOR EARLY CHECK IN, WE WERE EXHAUSTED. HAD TO CALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT NOISE FRO.M REPAIR WORKER AND WAS TOLD NOTHING COULD BE DONE. AFTER ASKUNG FOR A MANAGER AND PLACED O.N HOLD, THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. IT WAS AFTER 5 AND I DONT THINK ITS UNREASONABLE TO EXPECT A SPACE TO SLEEP THAT YOU PRE PAID FOR.

We are pretty easy to please with hotels especially when we are just for a short visit for sleeping...we are just looking for a clean room, good mattress, strong water pressure for shower, reasonably quiet...we don't need any all the bells and whistles. This Best Western was very strong in all the areas that we care about. And we travel with a dog and the pet fee is reasonable and they had free dog biscuits at check-in...nice touch.

Honest I was extremely nervous about staying here. I booked at midnight, once I got there the front desk clerk was very nice . I needed a plate and sliverware, he provided it . My room was very clean and it was very quiet . I would definitely stay there again … so if you’re like me and don’t know if you should book or not … here is your go ! Enjoy
