The front desk never fixed the fridge door in my room. When I got home I found a bedbug on my belongings. The bug was terminated.

I have shared your feedback with Maintenance to ensure we handle these types of situations differently in the future. As for the bug, we take preventive measures and have our property sprayed twice a month. We do our very best to make sure our hotel stays clean and bug free at all times. We do offer a lot of parking with our property. We have 18 wheeler parking, regular parking, handicap, and also enough outside outlets for multiple boat parking! Too small, now I know why it is called MICRO tel

Pros: Clean
Cons: Larger continental breakfast area....larger rooms...obviously not going to reconstruct it.
Location: We stayed on our way to Florida. Had a great experience at Bob Evans for Breakfast....
We initially were going to have 4 people share a room, and realized that we needed an extra bed. We ordered a sleeper, and it could not fit in the room, so we ended up ordering a second room. Initally the staff told us it would be 20 more than our current room, but it was 40 dollars more. Continental breakfast was in a very small cubby, and more than one person could not serve themselves, people had to wait their turn....not much offered, they should not even advertise that they offer it, much more generous and in a larger area in other hotels. Room was small, beds okay...would not stay here again...okay I guess for a single business person, but was a mistake to take a family. Never again.

Cleanliness was an issue

We were greeted by friendly an efficient staff but were disappointed by the condition of the bathroom which had dirty footprints on the floor and inside the tub. The surfaces in the bath and in the room were dusty and spotted. Management responded quickly when we reported the problem but it soured the stay.
