The guy who checked us in wasn’t professional. He cared more about smoking outside than being by the desk or answering the phone. All 3 interactions…we had to wait for him to come in from smoking. He was nice but in my opinion unprofessional due to all our interactions were within 15-20 mins. He should wait to smoke when maybe people are asleep or something. I don’t know.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to visit family. The location is very convenient to I-24 and there is a Starbuck's right across the street. We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. The best thing about it is super comfortable beds and pillows.

Hotel Under Renovations

Hotel is under renovations But, that does not mean hotel was not lacking in any area. Rooms were SUPER nice from my view point NEW!! The staff was willing to help out in any way they could. Would refer anyone to this hotel... Soon it will be just like a new hotel.

Comfy beds and friendly staff

Larger room than expected with very comfortable beds and linens. I didn't expect this from an ""express"" hotel. Contintental breakfast was quite good in its selections. Staff was excellent in terms of friendliness and helpfullness (e.g. printed boarding passes for us while we were out). One evening a reunion group staying at the hotel was making more noise than comfortable, but after a call to the front desk the staff had the noisy group quiet within 10 minutes (nice job guys!).

Beds are hard as rocks!

It was fairly clean except the carpet was worn in some places but the beds were painfully hard. I could have slept on the floor and been better off. They made my back cramp so a good nights sleep was impossible. Although I'm not normally one to complain, I expect to get what I pay for. I chose this hotel because it was the priciest in this location thus I thought the rooms would be the most comfortable. However, I have stayed in considerably more comfortable rooms for half the price of this one. Don't waste your money. Also, the continental breakfast means bread and sugar.
