This was an excellent place to stay. The staff were some of best I’ve encountered at any hotel, friendly, courteous and effective. We arrived on a Wednesday when they were having a weekly “social” so we were able to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks (cheese, crackers, meatball sliders, Great Lakes beer on tap). The breakfast was also much better than anticipated and fresh unlike many hotels in this price bracket. This property would be top of the list if we visit Cleveland again.

breakfast cold

All of the different foods on both mornings was not hot. Very disappointing

A nice stay

Hotel was nice, I really didn't see any staff but at check in. The elevators are extremely slow. But overall it was pretty nice. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Very nice suite hotel

Pros: It is a suite hotel so we had a sofa bed, table & chairs, large refrig and nice kitchen. Liked the shower & toilet in separate room from sink.
Cons: Would have liked electric outlet in toilet room for a night light
Location: Hotel is right off the highway with malls and restaurants very close
There was an indoor pool & hot tub. VERY NICE. Also the breakfast each morning was great and the staff there was very helpful.
