There was nothing that I liked about this place from the minute I walked in! When entering the front desk to check-in, attendant was engaged in a conversation with coworker. Poor customer service! I get up to my room to find out coffee maker had grounds inside water lines. That was corrected by room cleaner when I took it downstairs.Digital security safe did not work. Walking downstairs (instead of elevator) panties in the hallway. Human feces on the wall. That was absolutely disgusting!! I charged my stay for 4 nights and only stayed 1. Was given a 2 night reimbursement and the only help I got from Travelocity was to be put in a hotel at an expense of more that what I payed for. This was an inconvenient and at my expense!! I will never book at a red roof in again!!!

Place looked sketchy from the outside, but i had already booked online, so we checked in, gentleman at the desk was super nice, gave us our room keys and went to what we thought was our room. When we attempted to walk in, the door was latched closed from the inside and we vould not get in. I closed the door and as soon as we turned to walk back down to the lobby, a guy opened the hotel room door and asked can i help you. I showed him my key with the room number written on it, and he just laughed, and said the room is taken. Went back down to the lobby and informed the gentleman at the desk of the experience we had. He immediately offered a new room, apologized and took us to the room. This room smelled like pee, looked dingy and had no remote control. The gentleman once again apologized and offered another room. Third times a charm i thought, but i was wrong. This room had a strange oder to it as well and after the other two rooms, we just didn't feel comfortable staying here. We took our keys to the desk, thanked the gentleman for his assistance but we had to decline the 3rd one as well. I will be calling the property to speak to a manager and requesting a full refund. The gentleman working the desk was not a manager and was not able to complete the refund.

had no hot water room did look like the pips refrigerator and coffee used the same wall plug I had a refrigerator OR a coffee maker

I apologize for the lack of hot water and only one outlet for the refrigerator or coffee pot . As the coffee pots are not attached moving them would have been possible . I am deeply sorry for the inconveniences you encountered. I hope you have a wonderful day .

It sucked. I asked for my room to be left alone for two days. I had the private sign on my door and they still came into my room. I'm so pissed off about it and I won't be back .
