The only good thing I can say is there were no visible bed bugs or rodents. There were holes in the sheets and wall, stains (maybe blood?) on walls and linens, half the lights did not work or were broken and the bathroom had a lot of mold. It smelled and overall felt unsafe and dirty. If I had not booked through your site I would have left. Definitely not worth $100 a night. An hourly rate would be more appropriate.

Our apologies that you were unhappy with your stay. The lights in the room were in working order. Some of the lamps were unplugged. The red on the wall was from paint. We will address the other issues you mentioned. There previously was an area that had mold and was bleached and painted. We will take another look at it. Our our apologies that you were so unhappy.

Fast, efficient check-in/check-out services, room was clean and building was well-maintained. Located just off a highway in an area with multiple other businesses nearby and easy access to various vacation destinations for the trip.

It was okay! No amenities due to covid, not even a bagged continental breakfast. There was hair in the tub, but the floor had just been mopped as evidenced by smell of floor cleaner and the stickiness, the bed was nicely made and comfortable. No notepads or pens, but they provide soap and shampoo/conditioner (no lotion-fyi) There was some noise that I couldn't identify coming from somewhere pretty much all night. The hotel is right by a main street so that is to be expected. Staff was very friendly and no issues with hospitality. Tip: DO NOT order from the Red Lobster across the street unless you want to be sad.

The heat wasn’t working properly In the room. It was freezing The bathtub had water in it from a leaky faucet. Not enough towels No Kleenex and hardly enough toilet paper.

Please be sure to ask for extra Kleenex, toilet paper or any other supply you may need. You could inquire with the front desk or the housekeepers.
