The front desk clerk was not very friendly, gave a creepy vibe. The place seemed like a rent by the hour. Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The walls and floor were filthy. Dried boogers on bathroom wall. Shower walls had built up soapscum. Floor was super sticky and dust bunnies around the furniture. Would never stay again. Barely a step up from camping.

I got a non-smoking room and was told that all the non-smoking rooms (272) were on the second floor. I would rather have a room on the ground floor since there are no elevators. I had to open a door on the ground floor to get in and that floor reeked of smoke. Then walk up the stairs and go through another door (the lock on that door was broken so anyone could open it) and when I was on the second floor it still smelled like smoke. Even my room before I aired it out smelled like smoke. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave. The fridge wanted to freeze everything. I tried to adjust it but it didn't seem to make any difference. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but I thought that they were friendly and seemed helpful.

For an economical price, I had a refrigerator & microwave, good noise insulation (Didn’t hear a thing!), and reliable free internet. Shower massage was nice, too.

I did not like anything about the property. I will never stay there again and will never recommend that anyone stay there! The room was filthy. The sink was clogged, the phone did not work, the tub in the bathroom did not have the stopper. I have never been more tempted to take a $100 loss!!

So, this def fell into our bottom list of hotels we ever stayed at. We got in around 10:30pm friday exhausted and when got to the room and brought all our stuff up, I found an opened used condom and cups of jello shots by the skirt of the bed. Called down and asked to be moved. They moved us to a room across the hall. Went to put our drinks in the fridge and it was u plugged and there were tons of bugs in the fridge and although the beds were made, there was trash from the previous stay in the can. I was so exhausted and didnt want to deal with asking for a refund and the hassle of finding another place we stayed. We didnt touch the fridge again nor did we mess with the garbage. Just disappointed in this stay overall and the place. :/. The check in lady was super nice. The gentleman didn’t seem to know what to do when we called and came down though

Room was disgusting. Filthy everything. It was beyond grungy with even splashes of who knows what running down wall. Holes in doors and wall. Felt like a nasty place you might rent by the hour. Slept in clothes. Left shoes on. Would have left but was late
