Cozy Brick House with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, a laundry room, the kitchen, living room and dining room. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Another bathroom and bedroom are in the cozy basement. The house has a big backyard patio with a hammock. We have a with a small backyard playset for children. There is plenty of driveway space to park cars. Near the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, McDonalds and shopping plaza!

The house was very cozy and comfortable. it was 7 adults 2 on the first floor 2 on the second floor and 3 in basement nice area close to the stores and frwys. I will rent again.

1 - Uncomfortable beds 2 - Missing remote for downstairs bedroom 3 - Upstairs bathroom shower floor has no grit/co-efficency so it was so slick it was dangerous 4 - Stove nobs, salt dispenser, and cabinet doors were sticky 5 - Yard fence has a gaint whole in it by the gate 6 - Called maintenance about washer not working and nobody ever called back or came out 7 - Ice machine in freezer doesn't work 8 - Dishwasher doesnt work Paid $300+/night....overall, very unhappy. Don't recommend it al all. Won't go back.

The property definitely need work dirty windows paper blinds ,dirty curtains in bedrooms. Stayed 4 days no extra towels or linen. Kitchen everything was broken. REFRIGERATOR:Ice maker broken.disher washer.had a sign not working. Stove nasty.(was afraid to use).all the smoke detectors no batteries . Bedrooms was nice as shown in pass pictures. Overall the home was in poor condition heater for basement unit.

Great for a weekend stay
We came to Cleveland for the weekend for a family wedding. It was 11 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The property was great for a place to stay with our adult children. We did not spend much time at the house but it was great for a weekend stay and plenty of parking for 4 or 5 vehicles.

Good neighborhood and plenty of room
Neighborhood was nice and we had plenty of space for family! Centrally located to everything we needed to get to and easy to get to major roads. Some minor issues with home but we communicated to property owner. Nothing that prevent us from going back there! We had a nice stay!

This Place Needs Some TLC
-There was trash scattered over the backyard upon our arrival -The house is infested with ants(the kitchen table was full when we arrived. It appears the table had crumbs in the crevices. /The upstairs bedroom (with the air conditioner in the window) had two sets of brown blinds that were full of dust. -A kitchen door leading to the basement was unlocked so when we opened it to inspect the basement we discovered an exterior door was unlocked. This made us feel unsafe. I reported the ant infestation but NEVER received an correspondence from the property manager. This is by far the worse Vrbo property I have ever booked.

The house was clean but in need of some maintenance and cleaning up of the outside to make it more appealing.

Family Vacation
Overall a nice place. Great location, nice neighborhood, close to everything. The only down side was and its a slight downside. There is a window air unit upstairs which does not accommodate both rooms upstairs and the basement room got really cold from the unit on the first floor. The refrigerator was not working so we used the basement small frig which was inconvenient to use. The repair man did come to fix the afternoon before we were to check out. The backyard could have been a little more tidy, grass mowed and weeds trimmed. The swing on the front porch was dirty so we could not sit on it. We stayed at the end of May so the ants were a problem which needs to be brought under control, just a little nuisance when trying to prepare food. So overall just a few small things to fix, but overall we had a great stay and a nice place.

Lots of Bedrooms w/Smaller Common Area
House was a very cozy great place to stay. My family very much enjoyed it. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Living room had room for 5-10. The only two downsides were: the dining room table and chairs were quite rickety because they were missing a significant number of screws and the kitchen had no cutting boards so cooking in for a night would be a bit challenging.
