This is Centrally located space just minutes from: Downtown *USC*Benedict College*Allen University* Kroger Center*Colonial Life Arena*Lake Murray*Columbiana Mall** River Bank Zoo*Township Auditorium* Palmetto Hospitals* Fort Jackson…So Many Restaurants/Vegan also.

Wake up to a cup of coffee with free coffee, flavors and creamer that is left for guests to enjoy
The space
Master Bedroom: Has a very stylish Queen size bed, Two lamps, flat screen smart TV, his and hers closet and a phone charger tower (that should not be removed). There is a private full bathroom attached comes stocked with shower gel, towels & wash clothes, shampoo & conditioner and hair dryer. (A stand up fan in Room)( Look in the Closet for it)

Guest Bedroom: Has two Velvet head boards Double beds, lamp, charging tower (that should not be removed), flat screen Smart TV, and a private access to the other full bathroom comes stocked with shower gel, towel & wash clothes, shampoo & conditioner and hair dryer. (A stand up fan in Room)(Look in the closet for it)

Sunroom: Is equipped with beautiful blue furniture the convert into a sleep this just a pull an the back of the chairs. Flat screen smart TV and a lamp. There will be linen in a linen bag to place in the chair **PLEASE DO NOT SLEEP ON IT WITH OUT LINENS** ON IT TO PREVENT STAINS**

Laundry Room: Has a Full size Washer and Dryer, an complimentary Washing detergent, bleach, fabric softener and dry sheets. Extra roll of tissue and paper towel and garbage bags. Also, there's a full size ironing board with a stream iron in the black steam iron bag. The broom, a dust pan and mop.

Kitchen: Is Fully Stocked for all of your family cooking needs and styles.

Guest can access the entire home ONLY ....NO hanging out in the breezeways of the unit. Please go to your cars if you need to take a private call or smoke become there is Absolutely... SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY AT ALL.
Other things to note
*Please take your shoes of at the door ( there's a shoe stand provided) to help keep the carpets clean for you and other guest.
*There will be an extra cleaning fee added for Extra Cleaning and a lot of trash, stained of heavily soiled linen, and dirty track on the carpets.
*There will be a $300 fine added if smoking in the house at all or a smoke smell is left in the home for furniture cleaning fees.
