Thank you for sharing your feedback with us after your most recent stay in Columbia, SC. We're terribly sorry about the misunderstanding regarding the whirlpool. We recently expanded our fitness center to give our guests a more adequate space and in doing so, we had to remove the spa. We have since removed all photos and descriptions from all online outlets so I sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced. We would never intentionally advertise an amenity that is not available for our guests to enjoy and we hope you will allow us another opportunity to serve you better the next time your travels lead you back to our area. Again, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Rest assured, we will revisit all advertisements and online platforms to ensure confusion does not continue moving forward.
