Overall, it was a decent stay for the cost. The room was a little worn and dated, but it appeared that updates were in-process. The breakfast buffet was great. Although it’s next to a major highway, I had no difficulty sleeping or with noise. The most odd thing was the lack of USB ports in lamps or anything. It was the first time in a long time that I’d stayed in a room that did not have any available.

Filthy!!! Toilet was dirty, strands of hair in the bathtub, carpet had to be 40 years old, smell ok mold as soon as I entered the room, water was undrinkable! Worst hotel experience ever. Surprisingly the continental breakfast was good

Hotel takes $75.00 out of your account for incidentals and I am still waiting on the money to be returned. When you are on a budget, it can ruin your weekend when you can't really do anything since part of your money is tied up. The hotel was not that great, being on the end of a seedy dead end street, to charge for incidentals that are free elsewhere.

Nothing. Hotel was in a bad area with a homeless hotel next door . Window in Country Inn was broken and appearance dirty. Not a safe feeling for a daughter and mother traveling alone. I felt unsafe and was fearful our car would be broken into while we slept. We could not stay there and could not get in touch with Travelocity. We did notify hotel we were not staying there,
