The room was outdated and dirty. There were stains on the walls and ceilings and frayed and dirty carpets.

Everything is close by hotel

My entire stay was great all the staff are very friendly and polite. They made sure everything was going great the entire stay.

Apart from the rooms being small nothing else to complain about rooms was clean staff was courteous parking was a little tight between other vehicle overall a great stay someone came on our balcony and stole my wife and daughter bathing suits

Okay, but wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Comfortable beds. Very small room, couldn't walk past each other, luggage cart barely fit inside. One elevator not working. Woke up @ 6:30am Sun for coffee service we didn't order, couldn't get back to sleep. Could hear others in adjacent rooms using restroom and flushing - gross.

Very nice view of from the balcony.

Realy liked the location of the hotel the food in the restaurant was excellent staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was just great. They only negative thing I have to say was that our rooms where right in front of the two elevators and we could hear them most of the time. Otherwise our stay was great.THANKS

Nice hotel close to the beach

Cons: The parking was horrible.
Location: ocean, lots of shopping, restaurants
The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly. There was a slight paint smell due to the renovations they were making. There was a mistake with our payment where they took out double the money "accidentally." It took awhile to find the person who could actually help me.

Nice hotel with a great view of beach.

Pros: Clean, and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast supplied and stocked. Great view of beach and balcony was the perfect size.
Cons: Maybe some artwork in rooms and in common rooms would be nice but that is about it.
Location: Excellent location, close to pier, restaurants and other things to do.
Stayed the week after wedding so basically a honeymoon. Great food and well cared for the entire week.

Oceanfront hotel with balcony.

Pros: Oceanfront, free parking, near fishing pier.
Cons: Given their existing location, not much.
Location: In October the amusement park close by was closed. Great beach..all you need.
Most king-bed rooms are on the 7th floor, which we had. Room was comfortable and clean. The parking garage had very narrow spaces, and it didn't look as if there were enough when the hotel was full. We stayed in one night primarily not to lose our parking space! (Dumb idea, I guess, because there is a trolley that goes up and down the length of Atlantic Ave.) There is a small store on the premises, but did not have the one thing I wanted--popcorn. Small one-cup coffeemaker in room with appalling coffee packets which most hotels give you to tide you over until you get showered and dressed and can go get a decent cup. Breakfast is free. A little better than the basic donuts/coffee, but not much. Bacon, scrambled eggs, hash brown patties, waffles, bagels, etc. Room has safe, fridge, microwave and large TV. The motel is close to the fishing pier. Recommended.
