Breakfast sucks - Sausage no eggs, muffins and bread are hard, stain on blankets and sheets, the “clean” sheets they bring are over bleach the smell is so strong. Phones do not work in rooms, so you can’t reach the front desk, fitness center is closed and so is the pool, only one working elevator. Can’t use front door after hours be it’s broke, so you have to walk to the rear of the hotel and use the back door to get in or wait for some to return to the front desk and let you in.
